Fareha is a friendly and passionate physiotherapist with over 8 years of experience helping people move better and feel stronger. With a Master’s degree in Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy, she combines hands-on care, tailored exercise, and education to get her patients back to doing what they love as quickly and safely as possible. Fareha believes that recovery should be empowering, motivating, and focused on restoring confidence in every step of the journey.
With a strong focus on patient education and long-term wellbeing, she empowers individuals to take an active role in their recovery and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. Outside of work, Fareha’s lively personality shines through in her love for exploring new experiences and connecting with people
Physio Direct is ACC accredited so you can come to us directly to get an injury registered with ACC without having to go to your GP first, followed by an assessment, treatment and follow up review, to ensure correct care and recovery. Physio Direct can also refer you directly for Cortisone injections, X-Rays and Ultra Sound Scans and on to Specialists if needed.
