Ernest is a highly skilled Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic Physiotherapist with over 15 years of progressive clinical, academic, and leadership experience across tertiary hospitals, private practice and community care. Before joining Physio Direct, Ernest was the Clinical Director and Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at Premier Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic, where he leads clinical operations and delivers advanced first-contact physiotherapy services.

Ernest holds a master’s degree in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation (Physiotherapy). His numerous certifications in professional development includes but not limited to advanced manual therapy, kinesio-taping, spinal rehabilitation, musculoskeletal disorders, infection control and related areas. Ernest is committed to advancing physiotherapy practice, improving patient outcomes, and promoting evidence-based, person-centred care.

Physio Direct is ACC accredited so you can come to us directly to get an injury registered with ACC without having to go to your GP first, followed by an assessment, treatment and follow up review, to ensure correct care and recovery. Physio Direct can also refer you directly for Cortisone injections, X-Rays and Ultra Sound Scans and on to Specialists if needed.
