Taumarunui is known for its hilly surrounds and proximity to the Bridge to Nowhere and Forgotten World. With a large population base involved in outdoor recreation, we often see patients seeking treatment for muscle strains or back pain. We are a full-service physiotherapy clinic, able to address issues ranging from post-surgical treatment to postural support and correction. We also specialise in a variety of treatments from Sports Rehabilitation to Paediatric Care.
Physio Direct is conveniently located at 101 Hakiaha St, near the Taumarunui Domain.
We are currently accepting new patients. No GP referral is needed and appointments can be booked online. Physio Direct is also a registered ACC provider.
