Saeeda Taj – Physiotherapist
Saeeda is a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, graduating in 2015 and completing her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2017. She has worked in a variety of hospital and clinical settings, including Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, and Neurology, giving her a well-rounded approach to patient care.
Saeeda’s main area of expertise is Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, where she focuses on accurate assessment, personalized treatment plans, and helping patients return to pain-free movement and daily activities. She also served as a teaching and clinical instructor, supporting the education and development of future physiotherapists.
Outside the clinic, she enjoy travelling, cooking, and reading which reflects her warm and balanced approach to life and patient care.
Physio Direct is ACC accredited so you can come to us directly to get an injury registered with ACC without having to go to your GP first, followed by an assessment, treatment and follow up review, to ensure correct care and recovery. Physio Direct can also refer you directly for Cortisone injections, X-Rays and Ultra Sound Scans and on to Specialists if needed.
