Homespun Caesar Salad

Ingredients

Base Caesar Salad
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp anchovy paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup good quality mayonnaise
½ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
Pinch salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix salad together in large salad bowl.
  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl to create dressing.
  3. Stir Dressing through salad
  4. Top with chicken or salmon
