Sam treated my calf that kept cramping up a couple of months ago. I just wanted to thank her as I completed the marathon in Rotorua on the weekend in 4.08, so was really happy! I really didn't think I was going to be able to do it until she fixed it, so cheers and thanks again! Scott M.

Dear Physio Direct, Over the last months I have been receiving treatment for my Spinal fusion and new flare ups! The calibre of Physios therapists you have are outstanding! Thanks to Elaine, Michaela and a HUGE thank you to Matt for his inspiration, encouragement and knowledge! Incredibly professional people! What a line up of expertise! Sincere thanks. I would highly recommend to anyone ( and from someone who has had my share of visiting physios over the last 20-30 years , i don't say this lightly!) Warm regards to you all!

I broke my leg really bad when I fell off a race horse and it stood on my shin. I've got a rod the full length down my shin with pins and screws in both ends at my knee and ankle. When I went to Physio Direct I was really sore and tight, it was red and swollen and I was unable to weight bare for 3 months on crutches. They helped me with massage and acupuncture to settle the pain and inflammation and I always felt so much better after the sessions. They were professional and are helped me increase my strength and range of motion in line with my specialist recommendations, and have helped me get back to work, working with race horses.

Anyone that’s ever had a disabling injury for the very first time in their lives would understand the fear and anxiety that comes with the injury. The surgeon, emergency staff and nurses at Rotorua Hospital were fantastic, all I had to do once they put me back together again was manage my pain relief and let my broken and dislocated ankle heal. What I didn't realize was how difficult getting back on my feet was going to be, often at night and in the solace of my own company I would express my difficulty in the tears that would follow with a sleepless night… And then I met Amy from Physio Direct, OMG, Amy and her treatment returned to me a fully healed body that I could completely trust, her healing through the exercises and rebalancing of my now healed ankle, removed the memory of the injury and completely returned me to full independence. No words could explain the gift Amy gave back to me. I pray this testimony finds its way to those that Amy and her team will be able to help just like she helped me, thank you Amy Dibley.
  • Sheryl Fraser, Taumarunui

I have found the service at Physio Direct Taumarunui, to have been hugely beneficial to my recovery. In four short weeks my recovery has blossomed for me to be without my crutches, returning to driving and walking in my garden. Without the help of the physio reassuring me I wouldn't have come this far so quickly. I would recommend Physio Direct.
