16 Lasagne sheets <\/p>\n\n\n\n

680ml Tomato passata sauce <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Onion, diced<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 Garlic Cloves, diced <\/p>\n\n\n\n

10 Mushrooms, sliced <\/p>\n\n\n\n

250g Spinach, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n

500g Ricotta <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup grated Cheese <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Egg <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Tbsp. Oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salt and Pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp. Thyme<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp. Chilli flakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius. Saut\u00e9 onion in a medium-sized pan for 7 minutes. Add garlic and continue to saut\u00e9 for one minute. Add passata sauce and 2 cups of water, salt, pepper and chilli flakes to taste. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2.  In another pan, saut\u00e9 mushrooms for 10 minutes Add spinach for a few minutes until.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In a bowl stir together 500g ricotta, one egg, salt, pepper, and thyme to taste. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In a large baking dish, put a ladle full of tomato sauce in the bottom to cover. Cover with three lasagne sheets in a row, cover with tomato sauce, then sauce, then ricotta mixture, then spinach and mushroom. Repeat layering sequence. On the top layer use lasagne sheets, then sauce, then grated cheese. Bake for 40-50 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
