Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2 ripe peaches, quartered, pits removed.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1 tbsp. chia seeds<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00bc cup rolled oats<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00bd frozen banana (peeled before freezing)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00bc cup fresh orange juice<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00bd cup unsweetened almond milk<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n OPTIONAL:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1 tbsp. honey for added sweetness<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes, so the oats and chia seeds can soak. Then blend until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 2: To thicken, add another quarter to half a frozen banana. To thin, add more almond milk or orange juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.
